Common questions
- Do I need a sensor? The sensor is only needed to record new readings. Without one you can still browse the air quality map, plan routes and review your ride history.
- How do I connect my sensor? Turn the sensor on, open the Sensor tab in the app, and keep Bluetooth enabled. The app connects automatically when the sensor is in range.
- Why does the app ask for my location? Location is recorded only while a ride or navigation is in progress, so each reading maps to the street it was taken on. It stops when your ride ends.
- How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete Account. This removes your account and your data from our systems.
